LIGHT OF THE WORLD

Jesus Christ!!! Light of the world!!!

Shine on us, let the darkness be furled.

We look to you and our faces are lightened,

For you are with us and we are not frightened.

And surely we will know NO shame,

As we join the angels to proclaim;

To you belongs all the power,

As your blessings on us you shower;

To you alone we give all the glory,

For only you are pure and holy;

And to you alone be all the might,

Who puts our enemies to flight.

As the King of Kings we celebrate,

Do not forget to meditate;

On His word that is a lamp,

So we do not get a cramp!

O! Come, let us adore,

The One who will restore,

Let us bow down and worship,

For that act itself is a warship!!!

As the angels cry “HOLY”

So do we who are meek and lowly;

Arise and Shine for our “LIGHT” has come;

Our “Light” is JESUS; HE IS THE LIGHT OF THE WORLD!!!
